We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM or during weekends are processed the next business day.
- Netherlands: 1–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Tracking information will be sent to you by email once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
We want you to love your ArtyGifts purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Please contact us at info@arty-gifts.com before sending your return
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.
